Manifest import
Upload manifests as CSV or Excel files in any column layout. Restoq maps each column to the right field and saves the mapping for each source.
Missing titles and photos are filled from UPC data. Unmatched rows are flagged for review before the lot is published.

Direct payments
Card and ACH payments go to your Stripe account. Wire and check payments can be marked paid manually. Invoices and shipment tracking are included.
Buyer access controls
Invite-only storefronts, individual buyer approval and buyer groups for early access to new lots. Your buyer list is never shared with other distributors.
Automatic import for your buyers
Lots bought from your storefront are added to the buyer's Restoq inventory with photos, sizes and cost per item, ready to list.
Buyer insights
Repeat buyers, spend per buyer and lot preferences. Resale sell-through data is available when buyers opt in.
Distributor FAQ
Does Restoq take a commission?
No. Restoq is a flat monthly subscription. Card payments are subject to standard Stripe processing fees.
Can I accept wire and check payments?
Yes. Mark the order paid to release the lot to the buyer.
What manifest formats are supported?
CSV and Excel files in any column layout. Rows that can't be matched are flagged for review.
Will my buyers see other distributors' lots?
No. Each storefront shows only that distributor's lots, and only to approved buyers.
Is there multi-user access?
Yes. The distributor plan includes team seats.
